The (only) advantage to the above system is the price. It lacks a DVD drive,
it doesn't have enough memory, the processor is a little weak and the hard drive
is a little small. All things considered this would still make a serviceable
machine that would probably be better than many of the machines students have
at home. If the school has an operating system site license, great, otherwise
that will have to be purchased too unless linux or another free OS is used.
Also monitors (with built in speakers) will be needed and they can be had for
$120 to $300 each depending on budget and need.
